Lindsay Lohan’s Playboy pictures have officially been LEAKED to the good old internet.

To be fair, she actually looks pretty good. Hugh Hefner was correct when he described the pictures as “very classy”.

It was done and dusted before any of us knew anything about it… Lindsay Lohan has completed her jail sentence for parole violation.

Last Wednesday, Lindsay was ordered to spend 30 days in jail after she admitted to failing her community service from her theft misdemeanour earlier this year.

According to the LA County Sheriff’s Dept, Lindsay arrived at the detention facility at 8.48pm PST to begin her 30 day sentence. She was released almost four and a half hours later due to overcrowding.

She’s had a pretty lucky escape there from 30 days.

Lindsay’s early release has been described as standard procedure for short-term misdemeanour convictions…. Yes, but do you think she’s learnt her lesson? Probably not!!

It seems that Lindsay Lohan could be back to being friends with Paris Hilton…

Lindsay was spotted leaving Paris’ house at around 4am on Sunday morning.

Linds obviously wasn’t too pleased to have been spotted as she pulled her hoodie over her head and put her head down whilst driving off so people couldn’t recognise her…

Wonder what’s going on with these too? Reconciliation?

Poor Lindsay Lohan! Girl can’t catch a break at all!

She has been sentenced to 120 days in jail at Lynwood Correctional Facility for her probation violation.

Thedecision came after a preliminary hearing in her grand theft case in which she was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewellry store in January.

Although the judge (Stephanie Sautner) reduced LiLo’s charge to a misdemeanor, she said that the theft was a violation of her probation for her 2007 drunk driving and possession of drugs conviction.

She was in custody for nearly 5 hours and her bail was set at $75,000!

This sentence marks the 4th time the 24 year old has been in jail. Shawn Holley (Lindsay’s lawyer) said that she would be appealing the ruling.

Lindsay has also been ordered to serve 480 hours of communuity service. 300 of those hours are at a women’s centre. The judge said: “Perhaps she might see how women who have fallen on real hard times have to live and maybe she will change.”

Lindsay has always denied the theft of the necklace and said: “I would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was raised not to lie, cheat or steal.”

Oh dear! And just when things were starting to look up. Let’s hope this doesn’t take her about 20 steps back to 2007!!

In case you are wondering, Lindsay pleaded not guilty to stealing a necklace from a jewellery store.

The judge told her that she shouldn’t “push her luck” and that “things will be different” this time, as she is in fact being considered for a felony.

She was remanded back into custody with her bail set at $20,000. The judge also pushed it one step further by revoking her probation in her DUI case and set bail at a further $20,000! Basically, Lindsay owes $40,000!!!

Right before she left the courtroom, the judge said:

“If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be no bail.”

Eeek! There’s only so many times you can be let out on bail I guess!

Poor Lindsay! But I guess she kind of brought it on herself…

A new hearing has been set for February 23rd at 8.30am. Will Lindsay be found guilty??

Lindsay Lohan has revealed that she is a big fan of singer Adele!

She has also revealed her favourite track from Adele’s new album ’21′.

Posting on Twitter she said:

“I love Adele’s ‘Rumour Has It’ off her new record. Such a good vibe to it. Makes me happy.”

Well when Lindsay’s happy, I am happy!

She also has good taste in music. Adele’s ’21′ is absolutely amazing!

Yay, these two have finally made up after their controversial relationship a couple of years ago.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted at a mutual friends’ birthday party hanging out and having fun. The theme of the party was ‘horror’. Hence some of the blood dripping down faces.

A source at the party said that both Lindsay and Samantha only stayed for about an hour, and neither of them drank.

Well done!

I must say, rehab has worked wonders for Lindsay! It looks like she is finally getting her life back on track!

Lindsay Lohan has finally left The Betty Ford Clinic after her court ordered three month stay.

In October 2010, Lindsay escaped a 180 day jail sentence after violating her probation… She tested positive to drugs.

On New Year’s Day, Lindsay took to her Twitter with a quote from Indian activist Ghandi saying: “Today is the first day of the rest of my life.”

Surprisingly, Lindsay actually chose to stay at the clinic for a few hours after being discharged to complete some of the classes that she was taking whilst staying. Surely that’s a good sign?

Lindsay is subject to random drug and alcohol testing sessions with her psychiatrist until a court hearing on February 24th.

Lindsay Lohan has been on a vacation from a lot of places ever since all of her drama a few months ago, including Twitter. She’s been shacking up at The Betty Ford Clinic.

However, Lohan took to her Twitter account today for the first time since September 27th 2010.

Her first tweet in a while reads:

A little deep for someone who’s recovering in rehab, but maybe that’s a good thing?

Lindsay Lohan is broke. And that’s not a good thing. I really do feel sorry for her.

She has been ordered to spend the next until January 3rd 2011 in The Betty Ford rehab clinic for her drug addiction. Some would say thats better than jail! But then again, jail wouldn’t be costing her an arm and a leg.

A probation report says:

““The defendant was motivated to look at some of the problems in her life, however, there was some denial regarding her drug addiction. He feels that the longer the defendant is at the Betty Ford Center the better…. “After the positive drug test with the probation department, Mr. Richman indicates the defendant finally began to talk about feeling powerless and about being an addict. He states the defendant needs ongoing treatment and has a lot of growing up to do…. “She indicates that she cannot afford to continue to pay for the treatment program and she needs to work. The defendant stated her clothing line is falling apart because she is not available to monitor the product.”

I think its really sad that its got to this for Lindsay. Her life has fallen apart – but maybe she needs this in order to get better and get back to where she deserves.
