One of the reasons I didn’t write about this earlier is because US Weekly is the news outlet that reported it first… However, they were telling the story from rumours etc, and got the whole ‘Beyonce is pregnant’ story all wrong.

But ANYWAY… Pink is in fact pregnant and has confirmed the news herself!!

The 31-year confirmed the news to chat show host Ellen DeGeneres:

“I’m eating for two these days, I didn’t want to talk about it because I was just really nervous and I have had a miscarriage before, but if I was going to talk about it with anyone, it was going to be with you. I’m terrified because [the doctor] thinks it’s a girl. My mum has always wished me a daughter just like me. I’m terrified one of us will go to jail!”

When Ellen asked Pink if the pregnancy was planned, Pink replied: “I worked for it. It was not an ‘oops’.”

Well all I can say is congratulations girl!! You deserve it!!

Rap Up is reporting that Rihanna is set to open this year’s American Music Awards ceremony.

Other acts include Pink, Bon Jovi and Usher.

Christina Aguilera and Janet Jackson have previously opened the show for the American Music Awards.

Rihanna is nominated for ‘Favourite Female Artist’ alongside other artists including Alicia Keys and Sade.

She will perform her new single ‘Only Girl (In The World)’ on this Sunday’s X Factor results show.

Sorry to keep harping on about The X Factor – but it is at the forefront of all media at the moment and there is a lot of interest…

Anyway, The X Factor has secured some pretty amazing performances for the next few weeks… And I would imagine this will continue throughout the rest of the series.

Katy Perry is due to perform her new single ‘Firework’ on this weeks result show – alongside Diana Vickers who will perform her new single ‘My Wicked Heart’.

Rihanna will perform her new single ‘Only Girl’ the following week – alongside X Factor judge and overrated woman of the decade Cheryl Cole who will perform her song ‘Promise This’.

Christina Aguilera is also set to perform at some point, although a date has not yet been set. It will probably coincide with her new movie ‘Burlesque’ which also stars musical legend Cher.

So it sounds like we have an exciting few weeks ahead! Who would you like to see on The X Factor? It’s a shame Britney isn’t releasing any new music before Christmas as it would be great to see her again. She performed ‘Womanizer’ when she appeared on the show.

I’m predicting that Pink could make an appearance and perform her new single ‘Raise Your Glass’…

Pink has gifted us all with a brand new single… And it’s GOOD!!!

The song is called ‘Raise Your Glass’ and is in celebration of her upcoming greatest hits album. Pink is an artist that actually does warrant enough hits to have a greatest hits album.

Well done Pink! I’m sure we’re all going to be dancing in the clubs for some time to this track!!

Wow! The VMA’s aired in the UK on Monday and they didn’t fail to entertain. They were pretty awesome!

Firstly, I thought Britney totally rocked what she did and what she wore! She looks absolutley stunning! So glad that she won the 3 awards she was nominated for.

Rihanna’s opening performance of Disturbia also made the show start with a bang! Her vocals aren’t amazing, but she pulls it off by doing a great performance overall! Loved the whole set and routine!

Loved What Miley Cyrus wore, but wasn’t too keen on how they made her introduce Pink’s performance of new single, So What. By the way, Pink was also amazing haha!

What else? Urm, Paris Hilton looked gorgeous! I loved how she looked at the wrong camera at first. She handled herself like a true pro aswell! Lindsay Lohan was rockin’ the stage aswell!

I think you will also agree that Christina Aguilera’s performance of her new single, Keeps Getting Better also rocked the house. It definatley kept getting better, I just wish she would have sung live! We all know she can!

All in all, the VMAs were brilliant, and they have the viewing figures to prove it! Although, I don’t think people really got Russell Brand, and maybe he went too far???

She totally makes a statement and looks great in the video also!

I am a little confused though as I thought she and Cory Hart were still friends after breaking up? Let’s hope she’s just having a little joke.

Oh, just to let you know, she’s also performing at the VMA’s!!
