UNLUCKY!

An un-named pensioner claimed yesterday that the £113million EuroMillions ticket has been thrown away… By her husband!

Apparently she gave him the ticket for ‘safekeeping’ but he told her: “Sorry, I must have binned it.”

The ticket was bought near her home in Coventry in a Spa on October 8th 2010. Camelot rules say that the winner has 30 days to make a formal claim. I would have been onto my claim straight away!!

The couple are in their 70s and have been married for over 50 years.

I think there may be some big arguments happening in their household right now, and for some time to come!

Take That have revealed the cover art for their new album, ‘Progress’.

The cover basically shows evolution, which I think is a great theme for the band.

The only thing I’m not so keen on… Why is Robbie Williams always the centre of attention now? He gets the middle of pictures, lead vocals on tracks etc… It’s just not really fair on the other guys who worked so hard on their last two albums – of which Robbie did not want to be involved.

The Wanted recently did an interview with Britain’s biggest bullsh*t newspaper and revealed that one crazy fan licked their car window…

Nathan Sykes from the band said: “It wasn’t clean, there were dead flies all over it so we were a bit worried about her. We were like: ‘Oh God, there’s our fan licking dead flies’.”

Nathan continued by saying: “Who is gonna snog her after that? I think I would’ve passed on that one.”

Completely agree with him. If you want to bag a popstar, the least you could do is not embarrass yourself like that. Freak!

I was thinking that they would be charging through the roof for tickets, but I guess they have got to get as many people involved as possible – and that means low ticket prices!

Here is the deal:
- 90% of tickets at or below £100
- Two-thirds of tickets at or below £50
- 2.5 million tickets at or below £20
- Full-price tickets starting at £20 for every Olympic sport.

They are also introducing a special ‘pay your age’ offer. Young people who are aged 16 and under (at 27 July 2012) will pay their age for a ticket. Seniors aged 60 and over (at 27 July 2012) will pay £16. These ‘pay your age’ ticket prices and senior ticket prices will be available at one-third of the 640-plus sports events.

Best of all? The opening ceremony tickets start from just £20.12… BARGAIN!!

Worst part? These tickets are going to sell like hot cakes when they go on sale!!

I was flicking through a magazine recently and saw an advert from popular department store House of Fraser. One of the guys modelling (below) looks strangely familiar.

What do you think? Does Siva have a secret career in modelling or is this person just a REALLY good lookalike?
Not sure if it is just my eyes, but the model looks EXACTLY like Siva Kaneswaran from The Wanted.

Fearne Cotton returns to ITV2 tonight (8th September) with her hit show ‘Fearne And…’

Tonight’s episode is with Mischa Barton. Future episodes are with Perez Hilton, Beth Ditto and Craig David.

I am a little disapointed that there are only 4 episodes (1 more than the last series). It was a good show for ITV2, so I don’t see why they didn’t order more episodes. Oh well!

The series 8 lineup of Strictly Come Dancing has been revealed by the BBC. And while I do not watch the show, I do find it interesting to see who is actually on it!!

I do not know who a few of them are… But Michelle Williams from Destiny’s Child is definitely the biggest star this year!! She probably needs the money since it doesn’t look like DC are getting back together anytime soon.

It’s all part of promotion for his new movie, Disney produced, ‘A Christmas Carol’.

His co-stars, Colin Firth and Bob Hoskins will switch on lights at Regent Street and St Paul’s Cathedral on the same evening.

‘A Christmas Carol’ is released worldwide in cinemas on November 6th.
